At Gracia Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gracia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
